Our primary goal is to provide 100% client satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with the services provided, we will refund your money if the reasons are genuine and verified after an investigation. Please read the small print of any deal before choosing it; it contains all of the information you need about the services.

Clients can cancel their projects and obtain a refund if they are dissatisfied with our services. Here’s how we handle cancellations and refunds:

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us using the contact us link if you need to cancel your reservation.

Applications received more than 15 working days before the end of the current service period will be considered service cancellations for the next period.

Refund Policy

We will do everything we can to develop appropriate model concepts for our clients.We can issue a refund if a customer is unhappy with our services.

If you paid with a credit or debit card, your refund would be issued to that card, and if you paid using a payment gateway name, your refund would be sent to the same account.
